Project Details
Overview & Objectives
This project focused on designing a responsive website for an independent insurance agency offering personal and commercial coverage. The primary objective was to establish trust, professionalism, and clarity while guiding users toward understanding coverage options and initiating contact.
Because insurance is a regulated, high-trust industry, the site needed to feel credible and polished, present information clearly, and perform reliably across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Role & Responsibilities
I was responsible for the design and front-end implementation, translating financial services content into a structured, approachable digital experience.
Key responsibilities included:
Designing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Creating a professional visual hierarchy aligned with financial credibility
Structuring service and contact information for clarity and accessibility
Designing clear calls-to-action for inquiries and consultations
Maintaining consistent branding and tone across all pages
Supporting usability and readability for regulated content
Project Outcome & Learnings
The completed website delivered a clean, trustworthy experience that supported both credibility and conversion. Clear layouts, restrained design choices, and responsive behavior ensured users could easily explore services and make contact from any device.
This project reinforced the importance of clarity, consistency, and restraint when designing for regulated industries. It strengthened my ability to balance visual design with compliance-aware communication and user trust—skills that translate directly to enterprise, government, and financial environments.
