Overview & Objectives
This project focused on creating a responsive website for a heating and cooling company offering repair, maintenance, and 24/7 emergency services. The primary objective was to clearly communicate reliability, availability, and trust—especially for users visiting the site during urgent or high-stress situations.
The site needed to highlight core services, make contact information immediately accessible, and perform consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Role & Responsibilities
I led the design and front-end implementation, translating the company’s service offerings into a clean, professional, and conversion-focused digital experience.
Key responsibilities included:
Designing a fully responsive layout for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Creating a strong hero section to immediately communicate value and urgency
Structuring navigation and content for fast access to services and contact details
Designing clear calls-to-action for service inquiries and emergency support
Maintaining brand consistency across all breakpoints
Supporting usability and readability across devices and screen sizes
Project Outcome & Learnings
The final site delivered a clear, trustworthy experience that emphasized service reliability and ease of contact. Prominent calls-to-action, streamlined navigation, and responsive layouts ensured users could quickly understand services and reach the company—especially during urgent situations.
This project reinforced the importance of designing for urgency in service-based websites and strengthened my approach to responsive layouts that prioritize clarity, accessibility, and conversion across devices.
