Project Details
Overview & Objectives
This project focused on designing a responsive website for a healthcare and telehealth service provider offering remote access to care and support. The primary objective was to create a calm, trustworthy digital experience that communicated accessibility, reliability, and ease of use for patients seeking help from anywhere.
The site needed to support a broad user base, including older adults, emphasize clarity over complexity, and perform seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Role & Responsibilities
I was responsible for the design and front-end implementation of the website, translating healthcare services into a clear, approachable, and user-friendly digital experience.
Key responsibilities included:
Designing responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Structuring content to clearly communicate healthcare and telehealth services
Creating a clean visual hierarchy to support readability and accessibility
Designing icon-driven sections for quick scanning and comprehension
Ensuring consistent branding, navigation, and layout across pages
Supporting usability considerations for a diverse audience
Project Outcome & Learnings
The completed website delivered a professional, reassuring experience that supported users seeking healthcare services remotely. Clear messaging, structured layouts, and responsive design helped reduce friction and guided users toward understanding available services and next steps.
This project reinforced the importance of clarity, accessibility, and trust-building in healthcare-focused design. It also strengthened my approach to responsive layouts that prioritize usability, readability, and consistency across devices—especially for audiences with varied technical comfort levels.
