Alltech Appliance required a professional, trustworthy website to support a local appliance repair business and drive service inquiries across desktop and mobile devices. The primary objective was to establish credibility, clearly communicate services, and make it easy for customers to schedule repairs or contact the business quickly.
The site needed to reflect reliability and professionalism while prioritizing mobile usability for customers searching for repair services on the go.
Role & Responsibilities
I was responsible for the design and front-end implementation of the website, translating the client’s branding and service goals into a responsive, conversion-focused layout.
Key responsibilities included:
- Designing a responsive interface optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Creating a clear visual hierarchy for service information and calls to action
- Implementing prominent contact and scheduling elements
- Ensuring consistent branding, typography, and layout across breakpoints
- Structuring navigation for fast access to services and contact details
Project Outcome & Learnings
The finished design delivered a clean, mobile-friendly experience that emphasized trust, clarity, and ease of contact. Prominent calls to action and simplified navigation helped guide users toward scheduling service or reaching the business directly.
